1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, this may extend to 3 business days.
2. When will I receive my order after it's shipped?
Domestic Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
Domestic Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
International Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
Shipping time does not include processing time.
3. How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided after your order is shipped.
Logistics information is usually updated within 24-48 hours. If there is a delay, please refer to the carrier's updates.
4. Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact customer service as soon as possible after submitting your order to try to change it.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed.
5. What should I do if my item is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will assist you with your complaint. 6. What is the return period?
You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Returns after this period will not be accepted.
7. How long does a refund take?
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
The actual arrival time depends on the payment method.
