RETURN POLICY

1. Return Conditions
We accept returns of unused items in their original, intact condition.
You must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
Submit a return request explaining the reason.
Customer service will respond within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
Send the item back to the designated warehouse as instructed.
The warehouse will inspect the item upon receipt and initiate the refund process within 3-5 business days.
3. Return Costs
If the return is due to product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the user.
4. Refund Policy
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Missing original packaging or accessories
Items older than the 30-day return period
